Oh, and also again I'm at fault for not checking which A4 you have since they are all lumped together on this forum (unlike the other forums who separate B5/B6/B7).
If your A4 is truly "brand new" and not just "brand new to you" bu pre-2005.5, then you can't run a BOV anyhow as the 2.0t don't have the same system as the prior models did. What year is your car?

These people that are in it mainly for the sound, I will never understand. If youre going to spend hundreds of dollars, wouldnt you rather spend it on something that actually adds power AND sound?
AAAAAAAAMEN!!!! couldn't have said it better myself.

It's their money. Personally, I don't care if they put a BOV on it and nothing else. It will give the people that race them and clobber them a false sense of security when they pull up next to me.
It's the 20" spinners and slammed to the ground and not actually functional on the track Audi's that bug me.
And, I don't see many on this forum helping people make that monetary decision to just spend a few more bucks for performance enhancements that will also offer the side benefit of the noise they are looking for. I see most here arguing "No BOV" simply because they don't like it.
I can't figure out why the term "Rice" is thrown around so much or why that term is a negative. "Rice" shouldn't be used just because someone doesn't think it should be on an Audi. I think I'll start calling turbo diesels with BOV "Rice" now.
