Hiya,

Just wondering if anyone can help me here. Got a 2003 A4 Quattro Convertible 3 litre. Had the brake light warning on the computer so checked the brake light bulbs and the rear right was dim. Took the light off and the bulb was quite loose. Changed the bulb and now its a better fit and is normal brightness. However, the brake light bulb warning is still on the computer. Was wondering if anyone knows whether this needs to be reset or whether it should just go away if all the bulbs are correct.

You checked the bulbs but did you check the pads? Have you scaned it for codes to see what the computer is telling you?

 

nah its definatley the brake light bulb warning havent scanned it for codes.
