Brake pedal effort: A4 or Sportback
I have reduced strenght in my legs and need a car that brakes with little pedal effort. My question is:
What car requires less brake pedal effort in the 2.0FSI Turbo version, the A4 or the A3 Sportback ? both automatic.
How do they compare to other cars: MB, BMW, Honda...?

The a3 brakes seem to require a little less effort than the a4. I would drive both to feel the difference for yourself. One of the touchest sets of brakes ive driven is the vw toureg. Light pressure will put you thru the windsheild at low speeds. Another car ive noticed that seems to require low brake effort is the acuras.
Should you really be driving if you have 'reduced strenght' in your legs?
What happens if you need to brake hard to avoid an accident?
dankhound, you're right about the vw toureg... very very touchy!
