brake pedal problem
So, with 13,000 miles on my 2005 A4 3.0, the brake pedal is really starting to stink. You have to push it basically to the floor to get the brakes to work. When i am trying to stop at a red light, sometimes my abs engages as well. I took the car over to audi, and at first they said it was a comfort issue, and not covered by warranty but whatever work that needed to be done would be goodwill repaired. So they found a problem, decided to replace my pads, remachine the rotors, do some stuff to the calipers, and bleed the brake lines 2 times because of air. Then, they told me it was fixed and nothing more could be done. Well, i went into a used 2005 one on the lot, and my car could nmot even compare. I decided to go to another dealer, and they told me after a week of having my car, that they are installing a new master cylinder, brake pumps, and new sensors. They also bled my brake lines. I picked it up, and it was great. Now, one week later, its back to the useual crappy braking. Is there anything else that the brake pedal is connected to? because i dont think that the brakes are bad, its the pedal. Any thoughts as to what could be going on?
