Default Brake sensor problems

hey i have a 2001 a4 quattro and my "brake pads worn" light (o) warning came on a month ago or so and i then replaced my brake pads and rotors but the light didn't go off. I then came on here and found out that the light also can mean that your brake fuid level is low so i checked mine and it is full. then i went over the wiring to the brake pad sensors and they are all good so i was wondering if anyone has had the sensor for the brake fluid level go bad and where i could get one.

Default RE: Brake sensor problems

If your brake fluid is low the red brake light will illuminate, not the (0). The brake wear indicator is a simple circuit, you might have accidentially routed the wire wrong and cutt it, take apart the front brakes and inspect the wires.
