Default brakes in winter

my brakes seem to be stuck onto my rotors. when i start driving in the morning my car brakes by itself whenever i release the gas. so i went to my local audi dealer and asked him whats going on he said that it is normal for the brakes to freeze when it is cold out. is this true or is he full of crap?

If I were you I would pull a wheel off and disassemble a brake to see if you can figure out a problem, if this is happening on all the brakes there might have been something sucked into your brake fluid that got into a caliper ******* up the whole system.

When was the last time you serviced your brake system?

Thats crazy, the same exact thing is happening to my maxima. Rear caliper(s) are seized. I couldnt even get out of a parking spot the past 2 days, im waiting until im not lazy and get my *** out in the freezing weather to take it appart. Im not looking forward to banging cold knuckles on metal parts, or sitting in the snow, or dismantling anything. I might just go take it on a reckless run and to try and get em to un seize. Good luck with that.
