My break light is flashing red. according to the Bentley service manual the light is the emergency/parking break and low break fluid light. When I engage the parking break the light is solid when I disengage the parking break it flashes. The break fluid is not low. Would the fluid carrying too much moisture or needing replaced activate the light? I cannot get the car inspected with that light flashing. Break performance is fine....
