I got the clips to fix the back of my seat that keeps popping out. Only the bottom is popped out. Do I need to remove the whole back to put in the clips? How do I do this?

well if you dont see anything obvious as far as where to put the connectors as it is, then i would guess you would need to completely remove it, attatch the clips, and put back on. Never done it myself, but thats my guess.

Right, I read somewhere that you're just supposed to pull down on the whole back to get it off, but that's not working for me. Can anyone confirm this method? Should I just pull harder? I really don't want to break it

The clips seem to be glued to the back of the seat backing. Mine busted off. Are you planning on reglueing or is there something I missed? Did you get the clips from the dealer and how much were they?

yea, from the dealer. these babies are metal so they don't look like they're gonna break....ever. $30 [:@] But it was either that or 600 for sparcos. I dunno if i'm going to glue 'em because these new ones have teeth that seem to dig into the plastic bracket. I didn't get a chance to do it yesterday (work) but i'll try and do it today and i'll post again.
