Broken window
First thing's first -- Happy turkey day to all of you, stay safe and eat well Now onto my problems!
Yesterday was pretty cold. My entire car had a layer of ice on it when I got out of work (after midnight), and I couldn't see out of the windshield. Rather than letting the car sit and have the defroster on for a couple of minutes, I decided to cross the street and park at Shell (literally across the four-laned street) so I could use their scraper, but since I couldn't see out of the car, I rolled my window down to look outside.
As soon as I rolled the window down I heard a huge cracking noise, and the window now won't roll up again. Whenever I try to roll it up, I can hear it try, but something is stuck in there. Maybe the piece of glass isn't broken, but something is misaligned? I don't know what I should do, any suggestions? Also, I don't know how to take the panel of the door off, so any help would be much appreciated.

it's probably off the track, or the glass broke causing it to fall. I would take it to a glass shop and have them take a look at it. I have had to replace a window before, and I remember it cost me about 100 bucks at a glass shop.
if it is a b5 the door panel is fairly easy to take off, there are just two screws on on the inner part of the door (like closest to the dash when the door is open) and one on the outer (like where the latch is) then once the screws are out there are a few snaps but nothing too difficult. If its not a b5 then I cant really help. Sorry to hear this man, definatly suck. and happy thanksgiving.
yeah, just look for the 3 screws and take off the door panel. this acutally happened to me not that long ago. those little green window guide bastards broke and i had to replace the whole unit. just pop off the panel and look to see if it's off track.

Thanks for the responses guys, I'll take a look at it soon. Hopefully nothing major is damaged, because I don't want to pay for repairs (I'm cheaper than Britney Spears on a Tuesday night)
I know the glass isn't cracked, but it just won't roll up. If I stick my fingers in and move the glass around a bit, it budges somewhat when I try to roll it up again, but it stops at a certain point and rolls right back down. [&:]
