CAR BROKEN INTO.and window issues
Hi Guys, got back to our A3 on sunday night after seeing the new Bond flick(very good) our car was parked in a NCP car park in the centre of Cardiff, as we approached the car we noticed broken glass on the passenger side ,some no good f*****G lowlife had smashed the glass taken my top of the range Alpine head unit, my Satnav, PDA phone and lots of other bits and bobs, all of which was out of sight, phoned the police couldent be bothered to come and asked us to take the car to the station, on leaving the car park the security gaurd was in his hut having a coffee and smoking a ciggy. rang our insurance company on monday, and to add insult to injury max cover on I.C.E £150. no cover for sat nav etc. and if i claimed £150. excess.and loss of no claims, So had to buy the glass myself and fit it, clean up what seems half a ton of glass from every nook and cranny and now the window go,s up to the top and returns a few inches, any ideas.
and check the small print on your insurance policy

sorry to hear what happened to your car. Did you take the door panel off and try to vacume out all the glass bits?
Might want to consider some security film: http://www.aceclear.com/security_films.htm

its a sod when you cant have a night at the flicks/ pictures without some lowlife creeping out from under their rock and spoiling your motor for a few quid drug shoot[:@],
the window button has to be pressed and held all the way up and down to reset its memory
