hmm. i think its...last time, i was talking to them about purchasing something. now ist just questions, so they dont give it the concideration or priority generally given to possible customers.

anyoen have an idea of the drag times i would be running?

also talk to TomRitt to get better deal on standalone.

If you really wanted something trick you should go all out with a megasquirt system, its a diy fuel injection controller that people use on everthing from motorycles to tt V8's, it can control everything and anything, it costs around $400 for everything you need, its lap top programed and you can get software for a pda so you program without a full size laptop, it has all of the same stuff a factory ecu has like knock detection and automatic retard, you set warm up enrichment, fuel and spark curves, you can even do spark and fuel control according to boost levels, etc, etc, its the real "tuner" ****

muddlehead: i would do that in heart beat if this wasnt my one and only car. if i was out of college and didnt have to worry abtu a risk, i would absolutly love to do that.

and question

the GIAC PC16 setup gives me 247 hp and 295 lbs/torque. what does the hammer file give me?

k04 w/ hammer with fmic/injectors/tt maf/exhaust mani i saw a dyno w/ 280 with well over 300 ft/lbs of torque

if i got the hammer, would i have to get a FMIC right away? i have enough for turbo injectors and programmin. i couldnt afford a FMIC, yet.
