which BT???
So here is the deal. I just started an engine build for my A4. I ordered a short block from QED maule 225tt pistons and corillo rods. I am going to get a ported head with a good vavle train next. I am having trouble desiding what turbo to go with the new engine. So there is the list below and I am looking at a T3 flange. They are in the order of what I want.
It all depends on how much power you want, and where you want it. If it were me- I'd ge the 2871. It has a quicker spool with the power down low, but not as much high end power.
I'm not sure on the 3076 vs. 3086, so I wont comment on those two.

^that would definately be 2.0l
but it all depends on what kind of power and drivability you want..
if you want insane power, up to 450Awhp,with a semi decent powerband then go with the 3076r
if you want a good amount of power, probably up to 400Awhp. and a bit more streetable turbo, then go with the 3071r
or, if you want an excellent powerband with gobbs of power still, then the 2871r would be perfect. very streetable, responsive, and good for track(roadcoarse) use. while still being able to reach 350+Awhp..
i would personally be torn between the last two

My only complaint about the gt2871 is that I will get used to the power to soon and want more but I guess that would happen with any upgrade. If I get the smaller one than that gives me room to upgrade.
