the bracket that holds the bumper in place on the side so its flush with the body line on my passenger side is all messed up.. what is it called and where car i get a new one.. also im retarted, i broke a tab on my headlight on the passenger side this is a dumb question but im dyslexic when buying the tab repair kit which side do i buy it for the right or the left..

 

Passenger side is the right side in America.
