Default Buzzing sound in the rear when rolling.

For the past cuple days I notice that i'm having a buzzing/growl sound (like one of those gas RC cars but not as loud.) coing from the rear of the car? To me it sounds like it's coming from the rear. If I'm just idleing it's quiet, but onceI start to roll you'll hear it. In gear or not you'll hear the buzzing sound. That's the best that I can put it. I hope that it's not anything major.

I went to the dealer today but they cant fit me in til next week. Any I dea of what this might be? Thanks.

You may need to change your wheel bearing. Take it to the shop and have them give it a once over

I hope it's just a wheel bearing.

If you did rear brakes recently you might have bent the backing plate and its rubbing on the brake rotor.

may be a bad wheel bearing... i had both my rears replaced in the winter. the distinct humming sound when the wheels are turning was my symptom... it got louder as i increased speed.. got mine done ata local mech shop for half the price of the dealer quote

good luck
