Hello, can someone please tell me how to access the cabin air filter?
With almost 120K on the odometer I think it's time for a new one.. The previous owners probably didn't manage to get it changed.. Thanks!

 

gona tell us wut car u got?

 

open the hood. pull up the weatherstrip (going from fender to fender)to access the plastic panel between the engine compartment and the windshield. remove the plastic panel.thebox with the cabin filteris on thepassenger side underneath the wiper.(if it's a b5 a4)

Its a '98 1.8T.. For some reason I can't figure out how to put that in the sig =P

I've never changed my cabin filter. Where is the best place to purchase one? I have a 2000 A6 & just found this filter while clearing the drain holes below the battery.
