cabin heat

does ne1 have an idea why there would be a lot of heat coming into the driver side cabin by the gas pedal. It seams like it is coming from the engine if so why?

The engine a little over a foot away from the gas pedal. I also have the same thing.

thanks for the info just wanted to know but man with the heat in socal right now it gets hot.

are all the heats shields in place some people have a habit of not refitting them when working in those areas, worth a look

would i look in the dash or under it if it is missing what can i put there or were can i buy something to put there?
