took me about 2 hours to do the job for the first time, would of been faster with better instructions.

Doesn't matter, its the same, they would still rape you for about 7 hours on a 1.8T

The special hacker tool to compress the tensioner is 3366 if you wanna know the little secret, it looks like a plastic T with an allan bolt through it that compresses the tensioner down then you can use a channel lock and twist over the cam shaft to get some major room at the cam seal which you can pick out of there with a small 90 degree angle pick, i got it down to a science where the job would only take me 40 minutes start to finish.

Yeah just don't want any of you guys to get up-sold by the dealer and get your money taken from ya for an easy job.
