Why are you replacing the cam chain tensioner? That's an entirely different effort--and $$$. Anyway, I found Dieselgeek to have the best kit and price for a timing belt. But ECS and others sell them too.
Why Am I replacing the tensioner ? Because it is shot , done for , literally in some peices . but I want to do a complete overhaul while I have it apart. When I do something I like to do it right , because as soon as I do this overhaul I would like to Chip, and put a front mount and turboback on ..
So what Seals and such should I get while I have the cam out , and while Im doing the timing belt ? I know the Cam seals and I got a new seal for the CCT , anything else I should know ?
Also, I was thinking of changing the oil pump and cleaning the pickup screen as a precautionary thing , Does this motor have to be lifted to do so ?
Thanks
Kris

See exhibit a for that answer Exhibit A
The manual will still not tell me to replace all the precatuionary seals. Anyways I need to order them for next weekend anyhow so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
So far I have The Cam Chain Tensioner and the CCT seal
I will be buying : A dieselgeek TB kit , A Valve Cover , A Set of Camshaft seals .
My question is what else do I need ?
And does anyone have writeups handy for the installation of these two main parts , as well all know sometimes , from hands on experience you will develop a couple tricks to make the job easier that the manual will not provide, those manuals always refer to tools that don't exist in a normal humans garage ..
Any help given would be appreciated .. And Yes I tried searching but alot of crap came up with it so I dont have time to skim through 500 posts hopefully someone will have one book marked ..
Thanks

To do the oil pump pickup either the engine needs to be lifted or the subframe needs to be lowered while supporting the engine from above.
It sounds like you have everything that you need for a tb tensioner job. Just follow one of the how tos out here. For the tensioner make sure you mark the cam gears and chain good. Then just line everything back up and youll be find. You dont want to have the intake cam out of time with the engine.
