new gaskets and hardware. And if you go with a higher lift cam you will need new springs and retainers. That will be another $500 or so not counting labor. If you want more power, get a real gt2871r

 

I have to replace all that anyway thats why i was doing the cams. I'm replacing the VC gasket, headgasket, cam chain tensioner gasket, new valve springs, and new valve seals and i figured i throw in cams while I'm at it. I ordered these http://www.revolvercams.com/vwaudi.html
I dont have to worry about labor I'm doing this at my friends shop only thing im paying for is the cams all the seals and gaskets are taken care of

 

ok then. Dont get to mad if you spent $600 and are still less than if you spent that $600 on a atp turbo kit with a 2871r with a .64

 

i'm not going with a bigger turbo until I swap in my manual trans
