Default CAN I INSTALL A RIGHT FRONT UPPER CONTROL ARM MYSELF?

Hey my mechanic told me that I needed to replace my right front upper control arm and the dealer wants to charge me $180. Thats money I don't have. Being the novice that I am I recently replaced my TRE and that was pretty hard. So considering that, will the control arm be something I just should just cough up the money for or is it pretty easy to do by myself?

The big problem with the upper arms is that you have to remove the pinch bolt. Now that bitch can be all rusted in there are require some resourceful means to get it out(Hammer, Torch, more torch) I've been thinking about doing my whole front end here in the spring - I've thought about maybe paying someone to get that thing loose so I don't have to spend my time on it.
