Default Can some one explain to me.

My Audi feels heavy now can some one help?

Hey guys, so about 4 months ago ,maybe, I had to change my transmission. My old Multitronic trans. went dead. It happened one night when i was cruising on S mode. Then on the side of the Road, I saw a herd of Deers. I wanted to avoid them and I panicked. I floored the car and BOOM! The trans oil pumps exploded. I being dumb kept driving and lost the transmission. I got a used Transmission for the car. Got it put on all totaling up to 2500+ dollars. I thought it was just me that felt like the car was driving a bit heavy. It accelerates fine if I press on the gas fast on start up, but once I get it going and downshift one time, I feel like the car is heavy and not picking up speed. Heck even sometimes downshifting two doesnt feel like it's kicking in. And to add to my suspicion, When I am in full control of my gears and I begging to accelerate, i some times feel the car give up on me a little bit. Like it's picking up then it feels like it loosens up and doesnt accelerate as fast as it should. I began to accept it and thought maybe it's just me over thinking. But my friend recently said " your car feels like it's running heavy, is your transmission put on correctly or what?"
And that got me concerned. Can anyone help me out? or give me an Idea what is going on or what I can do to verify?

Best bet is to take it back to the trans shop and explain the issue. With most everything being computer controlled maybe the cpu needs to be updated or adjusted.

Might also want to check the cam follower. I have read that when it wears the car can feel like it is down on power.

Alright ill do research on the Cam Follower.

CPU updated? I never heard of that one. I'll be sure to ask my mechanic about it.
