Default Can't Find Spark Plugs

Hello, i'm new here. I bought a 1997 A4 1.8 L Turbo. I can't seem to find where the spark plugs are, because they need to be changed

Hey wsc842003, here are some good tips to finding them. First, were going to need to pop the hood(located on the driver side towards the floor. Then, were going to need a screw driver(philips head), take off the engine cover and be amazed.

There is a black plastic engine cover that goes over the valve cover. Your oil fill cap is about in the middle of it. Under that plastic cap you will see four white squares with two bolts securing each one to the valve cover. Remove those and the plugs are underneath. You'll need a socket extension to reach the plugs. If you are planning on doing the replacement yourself, check the archives, there's got to be a link to a tech article with more specifics.

Turn off the lights and look for sparks. Spark plugs should be right above

HEY, wsc842003's question isn't as dumb as it seems. Those spark plugs are well hidden. Even after you take the plastic engine cover off, it's not obvious where they are.
