Default Can't find the water leak, help.

My car ('02 A4) had a flood on the front passenger side after a storm. It seems to be leaking from behind the glove box. A post on the forums says that the leak may be because of a clogged drain pipe (under the battery), the pipe is clean and water is flowing fine from it. Yesterday there was water on my feet(driver's side) in a sharp swerve, I wouldn't have noticed if I weren't wearing sandals . Please help, are there any more drain holes I need to check? Also previous posts about this problems seem to be talknig about A4s that are 01 or older. Thanks

If you have a sun roof blow the drain lines out and also check round the firewall to see of the drain line are blocked round there.

I checked the pollen filter, the cover seems to go only half way over the filter, the rear of the filter is uncovered. Is it the way its supposed to be?(I'm the 2nd owner of the car). The latches for the filter fit fine though. I need to check the sunroof drain, just so that I can avoid dealing with the obvious, can you give me any pointers for checking the sunroof? Thanks

open the sun roof and pour water in the drains (carefully) of course then see if the water comes out of the places they are supposed to ie: the front wing or the rear near the wheels, the rear wheel drains run down the inner arches

The only real way is get a air gun and blow them out or pop the roof and pour water on the out frame section to see if the water runs out quickly or stays put.

Also do the same round the battery area as you will be able to see if you have any water build up there as there are drain plugs around the battery area to.
