when taking the air box out do i need to disconnect any of the wires above the air box?

 

As far as i can recall you dont but you need to make sure you have it completey unbolted first.

 

yah make sure you get the bold on the bottom right corner in the backof the air box... alot of people seem toforget about it

 

I was actually having problems with this the other day, and got mine off today. You have to take that suction cup thing off the top, and pull out that plug... i think its the maf. Then unhook the inlet's, side screws and it should come out pretty easy
