Thanks guys, yeah its awesome.

I've been told by a few people baby it to 1k-1.2k, change the oil again. Just no hard revs, take it easy on going high in the RPM range, untill its broke in a little with new oil. I am so happy I have a new engine, because now I will always know the history of my engine and can make sure its matinenced properly.

Yes, change the oil early the first 2 times, there can be metal shavings in there when the rings seat themselves. Also, you dont need to be easy on it, the heat from running it hard and differnt cycles help seat the rings better. So dont go nuts, but dont baby it also. A few good hard pulls now and then should do the trick.

Just dont go nuts and then shut it off early. Make sure the new engine get to cool off properly from the start.

Yeah I was pretty **** about that from the day I bought the car... usually give it 30 seconds-1 minute idle'ing time prior to turning it off depending on how hard I ran it... is that enough?
