So today i got my car chipped with GIAC software, after it was chipped the car was not running normal. when i got into third and fourth gear, after 3 thousand RPMs it would jump straight up to redline without accelerating as if i was reving the engine. does anyone have a clue what is going on?

 

yo man that sounds like your clutch is shot. its like your cars power after the chip is too much for the old clutch. any1 else have n e suggestions?

 

i would say the same thing, trying throughing you car in fith gear at about 20 mph and see if the rpm's go up faster then your speed if it dose you need a new clutch...

 

Sounds like a bad clutch to me.
