Default CAT problem...Help!

My 97 A4 1.8T is having some problem. My CEL is ON and giving a "Main Catalyst Below Threshold: Bank 1". So, 1st, I changed the o2 sensor (after cat) but still went ON. 2nd, I changed the O2 sensor (before cat) but still came back. Now the only thing left is the CAT itself....I am in California and want to know if anybody knows where to get a CA approved Cat. Converter. A cheap one if possible. Even a used one will do. Thanks.

OEM cat is expensive! I would look into techtonics high flow cat ($295 i believe) or other companies that produce them.

Audizine it is then. I just want a CA approved Cat. I just don't know why Audi's are pretty notorious on Cats and it's hard to find one to replace. It get's too expensive at times. Same thing that happened to my previous A6. Thanks guys.
