So I was leaving with my family to go see the air/water show today, and as I get into my dad's car my car alarm starts going off. I had no clue what was going on considering my keys were still in the house and there was no one outside. Turns out my back right window was still down and i guess that the car recognized this and set off the car alarm...Pretty ironic that it set it off right when i was leaving my house and i hope it wasnt going off throughout the night...

Has this happened to anyone? Do you know how long until the alarm starts going off?

 

Its not that the window was down its the motion sensor probably got tripped somehow. In my driveway I leave the windows 3/4 up and as soon as the wind blows the alarm goes off. Anyways good thing it went off at that moment, it would suck if weren't around then come back to a drained battery.
