CD changer

Is it possible to hook up an aftermarket cd changer with MP3 playback to the stock headunit? I have the bose speakers and conecert headunit with a 6 disc in the trunk.

I don't see why you can't get a Blitzsafe adapter that will work between your changer and headunit. What type of changer is it?

I haven't purchased one yet, just asking if its possible to hook one up with the stock headunit
