ok here is what happened. Driving listening to a cd when all of a sudden it stopped. It said err 3. So i left came back around 3 hours later and when i turned on my car it when straight to the radio. I pushed the mode button but nothing. Then I opened the trunk tried to eject the cd's but i dont think there is any power. Could it be a fuse?.....98 a4.

any help would be great.

 

any ideas?....it wont power on right now...i dont think its the cd changer rather a fuse or something i checked the fuses at the door panel but all it had was a fuse for the radio?.....help please

 

ok i am bugging you gus again...how do i get the damn cd changer out so i can look at it?

 

unscrew the mouting brackets and disconncet the pin connector

 

b4 you do that just try hitting the eject button on the cd changer a bunch of times. sounds silly i know but i get the err03 code every once in a while and i just go into the trunk and pop the cd changer out and back in and its all fixed. sometimes the cd changer doesn't come out when i hit the button but if i hit it a lot really fast it pops out lol
