Default CEL? No clue...

Guys I need some help..I don't konw WTF!!

I had a blinking CEL, knew it was my coils. So I changed them. then about 2 or 3 weeks later, got a solid CEL. Cylinder 3 misfire, so I figured it was the plug. Changed all 4. Didn't make the CEL disappear like I thought it would. I can tell in the cold start mornings that the gas mileage is off. W/the digital readout, it used to hover anywhere from 15 to 20mpg on take off..now it's reading anywhere from 5 to 9mpg on takeoff. That's only until it get's warm though..then it'll start to go back up to the normal readout. Even in cruise in the morn @ like 55, it's reading 19 to 21, where it usually reads 30 to 33. IDK what's up...anyone experienced this? Please help, I don't wanna have to take it all the way down to Roswell Audi in Atlanta..that's an hour away. Thanks...
