OK before i begin let me state this, I changed my thermostat on my 96 a4 12v without takeing off the timing belt or putting the radiator support in service position,succesfully(knock on wood). it was 7 hours of hell and only accomplihed with my little brother and his little boy hands.the only probelm i had was i broke the timing belt plastic covers(kinda looks cool wihtout the covers) and i lost the new gasket i bought so i had to open everyhting back up and today and put in a new one. Now my cars heats up better than ever. also kinda off topic i changed my plugs and they were fvcked with high speed glazing from the engine being run above 4k rpm when still cold.
