ok so ive heard u can just get a intake, DV, full exhaust, ECU chip for a Ko4 turbo, the ko4 turbo parts and the turbo. now im predicting that my car will have about 265bph and 285 tq. now with this much power if im correct wont the transmission go or any of the internals go? im worried because i have a probe gt and i put a turbo kits on it and my engine blew from me not changeing my internal and my tranny went also. But i still put 330bph and 300 tq on the probe. did u guys change ur intternal at all if so can u tell me where can i get the parts from and also the tranny has to be upgraded to handle this much power.

 

i ran 40psi on my t3t4 turbo and didnt blow the motor. i also dyno'ed at 337whp at 20ish psi and didnt blow the motor. your internals are fine on a k04. i was lucky on the 40psi i didnt blow tho.

 

i think you blew the motor in the probe, because it was a non turbo motor to start with ? and you added a turbo ?..these 1.8's are pretty strong motors the only thing that might need changing along with that would be the stock clutch just to be on the safe side i think the max you can throw at them is around 300hp
