I have the same code, and a P0118 (Coolant Temp Sensor). I've been driving with the P0411 for a while, and no biggy, besides the annoying CEL, but I check my car once a week with my OBD-2 scanner to make sure nothing new has come up. I am waiting for the CTS to get here so I can replace it. The 2ndary Air Pump is gonna have to wait, cuz I'll live with that and have HID's anyday. Any links to tricking it to not look for the 2ndary air pump?! I searched on AZ and AW and can't find it.

 

Apparently he knew of all the little issues before buying (except for the clutch), so I guess he made a somewhat informed decision and gambled a little.. It is a nice car though, just needs a littl TLC.
