Default Check Engine Light Still On

I changed the vac hose that is screwed to the air manifold, and also the
fuel injectors but the Check Engine Light is still on.... What could possibly
be wrong??? I'm assuming that it's either the O2 sensor, the MAF sensor,
fuel filter or fuel pump is bad...

Any ideas???

Did you clear the codes? It doesn't just go off by itself right away.

No I haven't cleared the code yet and I'm not sure how to do so
either. Help? By the way, by clearing the code, if the symptom
wasn't solved then it'll come back again right? Thanks Jest.

Redgoat- the code I get was 1128

pry should have the car vag checked and then go from there if you havent already done so instead of just replacing things that might be in perfect working order.

Not entirely sure, but can't you unplug the battery and wait 20-30 min then plug your battery back in? I know it works with Lexus, not sure about Audi.

Jaustin I hate to spend money on things that is perfectly working because it's
waiste of cash. Anyways, I thought it might be that the fuel injectors are clogged
therefore, I order some used ones from Shokan which costs me around $160 as compare
to taking it to a shop to clean the fuel injection system for around $120 to $200.

North5995 it's true of what you said but I heard that with Audi, if you unplugged
the battery, it will reset your factory CD/tape player and if you don't have the
code to get it back, then you'll have to take it to the dealer otherwise you'll have
to get yourself an aftermarket deck in.

As Jest recommend, I'll try to take it to Autozone to clear it to see if the warning comes back.

Well, I took it to Autozone and they cleared my CEL problem. It hasn't came on yet
and I hope it won't EVER! That is if I fixed the problem. Thanks all for the advice and
help!
