last thing we need is more laptop screen snapshots of your diagnostic program displaying all the pins and wiring diagrams of the ECU.

HAHAHAHA!!! I wish it were that easy.

There are no fault codes. It's been driving me insane for nearly a year.

00 A4 1.8t
Unitronics chip
ATP 2871R elim
ATP Manifold
ATP 3" inlet pipe
VR6 MAF housing
Greddy fmic
Forge DV
NGK BKR7E plugs
Eurospec fpr
Bosch 440cc green top injectors
techtonics tuning high flow cat
AWE/Borla cat back

The problem: Suffers from extreme boost lag. 10 psi comes along at 4K rpm. 15 psi near 5k rpm. After doing some logs with the VAG COM, the MAF readings were nearly half of what they should have been. A/F ratio was dead on. Misfires above 5K rpm.

Attempted solutions:
Pressure test- Nothing
All vacuum lines changed- Nada
Wastegate test- Nope
DV clean and regrease- Zero
Coolant temp sensor- Zilch
Turbo shaft play- Nil
Remove turbo and tighten wastegate rod- Zip

Next on the list is drilling out the cat on Sunday. I believe the cat may have been clogged from the GT2X and it's rediculously rich A/F ratio.
I hate working on the cat. It's in such a PITA location.

Any other suggestions?

Tried 2 different MAF's with the exact same results.

Didn't get a chance to hollow the cat yet. Someone kicked in my roommates door yesterday during a party.
