Hey guys,

Question...do any of you know if you can get the chrome piece that is on the new A6's trunks that goes across the whole trunk under the Audi rings. It looks really, really nice and I think it would look pretty cool on my A4. It goes across the whole length of the trunk.

Thoughts? Anyone know of this as an add on?

do u havea pic, and i would assume going to the dealer would be a goood starting point.

 

A6 part for A4 Audi from dealer!? ... NO, no, no.... try eBay or other after market parts stores... quality might not be the same, but should look ok for a while

 

yo dude i have never seen that for a b5 and im pretty cosmetically educated when it comes to the b5. im not even sure if it would look right but i cant lie, if i found one i would probably give it ashot.

 

ok I'm totally going off just a visual I remember seeing somewhere here on the site so don't flame... But what about that window materal that some people use that is crome to go around your window? couldn't you use and fit that correclty to the trunk?

 

ya im sure that could be done.... you would need to take your time and do it properly or it would probably look whack.

but nonetheless good thinking... it got me wondering...
