my bf has these on his black 98 a4 and we put the black strip over the chrome strip and since his windows have 5% all around, i think it looks pretty good actually, although I do tease him about them....
But if you do indeed go altezza, you have to buy some smoked/clear/black corner lights and turn signals. Basically make your car so it has NO AMBER! otherwise, it doesnt match and thats when it looks tacky.
I, personally, have a green 98 1.8t so I already have no amber on my tails and Ive replaced everything else with clear/smoked pieces. theres no way Id put rice on anything but a honda!
