clockwise or counter clockwise?
well, i did a search and found nothing useful. the question is, im changing the rear brakes and im not shure if the piston is suppost to spin clockwise or counter clockwise to be push back in....and when i spin it, do i have to push in while spinning it in? cause i was just trying to change it and i was spinning the darn thing for about 40 minutes and nothing change!
You can use a C-Clamp.
I did mine last week, just loosen and tighten. It will break free. It takes a few of turns but beats buying that tool. DO NOT keep clamping without loosening, you will damage the piston.
Loosen the clamp when the piston turn 1/4-1/2 turn.

To avoid damaging expensive brake parts, I strongly advise against the customary C-clamp method for the rear brakes. Get the proper tool (my HarborFreight universal kit was $20 on eBay), which turns the pistons as it retracts them. Both left and right pistons rotate clockwise as they retract, i.e., they are not, as I would have anticipated, mirror images of each other.
i just search ebay, and i didnt find nothing (HarborFreight universal kit)...any other place to get this? unless you want to sell me yours cause its a one time thing right?
