Thats just what it pays flat rate, they have a normal mechanic perform the job with simple hand tools and record his time start to finish, how long it takes him is how long they will pay us around the country to do the job. For instance i can start a clutch job on your car at 8 am and have the thing back in the car at12 am before i go to lunch and get payed 10 hours.

Haha. First you say you want an upgraded clutch with light wheel flywheel, and then you ask what the affects are. How can you want something when you dont even know how it works or what the differences are?

well b/c i've HEARD it increases torque a bit and quicker revs with more horse to the ground...i was checking if it was true or no

My clutch swap isnt costing a thing since the engine wont be in the car when its done

Btw, its ~3hp/1lb off the FW

lol the dealership makes most its money in repairs, especially since sales have hit near rock bottom lately. hell they charge a couple hours for the coolant flange and it took me 45 min furst time. auditech could probly doing it ~15 min.

how much does the stock one weigh?....and wht do you mean "chatter" with a light flywheel?...is that bad for the clutch or anything?
