Default Code P0011 - 2008 Audi A4 Quattro

Hello Audi Forums, and most importantly, Audi owners

Last year I purchased a 2008 Audi A4 2.0 Turbo Quattro, and it was and still is in showroom condition except for today...

My check engine light came on. I have just over 71,000 miles, and the car has been serviced at Audi dealerships at all of the proper markers, according to Carfax. The exception to this is that the carfax only shows up to 45k servicing.

I will attach an image of the carfax. I will also attach an image of the print out from Autozone with the error code.

Recently my Audi in the computer display showed service upon starting the engine. I'm just over 71,000 miles like I said so I am setting up an appointment within the next month to just do the 75k mile maintenance (unless someone advises me otherwise, please don't hold back advice). I called a local Audi dealership and they quoted the standard 75k price at $330. Would anyone recommend, after looking at the carfax, getting a different mile marker maintenance done, or possibly seeking out a local Euro/Import shop for the maintenance?

Tell me what you guys think about the error code and please give me any advice you can about what I should do for maintenance. The chick at autozone said the suggested fix their computer spits out, in this case "replace camshaft adjuster solenoid", isn't always the best fix.

Thanks everyone, and I look forward to using this forum and feeling welcome.

The check engine light has gone off overnight as the car cooled off. If it does not come back on am I okay?
