Thats the only code?

I thought emissions related codes don't cause CELs?? That code on my car didn't throw a CEL.

 

Bad 02 sensor should deffinately set off the cel.

where is this O2 sensor located?

 

Cat Converter. There is one pre-cat close to the turbo, then there is one post-cat futher down the cat.

 

If you clear it and it keeps comming back, then it needs replaced. unless you want to stomach the fact that your CEL is always on and skip the O2s. but then you would be screwed if something else went wrong.
CEL = fix problem so it goes away.
