This is an overboost code. Your car is providing more boost than the ECU wants.

could that be the sh*tty ebay DV I have in there? I have a 710N on the way??

Could be DV but, it would have to be staying closed. DV's are usually problematic for not staying closed.
You may need to do some logging with VAG-COM if the MAF check and N75 inspection both turn out to show that they are OK.
