Codes P0441 and P0431 are showing up. Please help!

Codes P0441 and P0431 are showing up. Please help!
I have two check engine light codes popping up, P0441 and P0431, showing up on my 2002 audi a4. Does anyone have any advice on how to not spend $1500 for code P0431?
