Do you need a special tool to remove the coil to replace the spark plugs, it on a 2004 A4 with the 3.0L V6. I did not wnat to force it.

try axing on the Zine.. mainly b5's here but if its like the 1.8t coilpack its just a pull on it kind

 

samething i was wondering ineed to replace my coils on my 03 a6 3.0

 

Youll need a smaller torx to get the two screws that hold the harness to the valvecover on each side. Its a 20 or a 15. Not really a special tool thou. Then just use a screwdriver to pry the coils out.

 

just be careful not to break the clips
