Default coilovers

I'm looking for people that have installed the bilstein pss9 in their Audi A4 1.8t and why they went with bilstein instead of KW.

Better yet, has anyone drove similar A4's with bilstein and KW set ups? How did you like each? Which did you like better?

I know much of this will depend on the wheels and tires choosen.

Still, I'm looking at getting one or the other and I still haven't been able to find a reliable review of either. Hopefully this post will become the definitive review

Or any other setups that may be better

Rode in PSS9 B6 A4 and it was pretty cool. For the money, my pick is Stasis Track Sports, followed by Vogtland, followed by PSS9, followed by Stasis Street Sports and Koni C/O. This is from riding in cars with all of the above. This is my opinion based on combination of ride quality (stiff but not jarring), compression/rebound dampening ability, and ease of ride height adjustment, and finally and very important..... price. Which is what puts Vogtland over PSS9 for me.Sway bars play in important role in how the coilovers handle. I run HSport S4 fr/rr sways set at stiffest. Car has greatly decreased understeer and handles like a dream. If you're just looking for the drop it doesn't matter much and a simple Koni coilover kit will work fine and is really just an "un-setup" version of Stasis Street Sports. If you want supreme handling, you need to add the rear sway bar in to the mix or you're not really getting the most out of your suspension.
