I was crusing yesterday... and I got it up to 110 mph, and after i slowed down I got a blinking coolant light. I parked it and it went away, and I let it sit for about 5 minutes. I drove home and around later on and everything was ok and it was fine earlier today except it came on a little while ago for about it a minute. It just flashed a few times when I was going through the neighborhood. I havn't smelled anything or seen anything on the driveway?

 

Low coolant level? Or overheating?

 

I'm gonna check the coolant level in the morning. Its way to cold out, but its not overheating at all.

 

y didn't u check the level when the light came on? ur car won't rly overheat cuz the line for the level is way above the sensor so u have enough coolant, unless u drive it for like 3 hours straight or something. ur probably low and when the coolant swished around in the reservoir, it triggered the sensor. hopefully it's something that simple though.

 

Yea, I bet your right, because today it came on when i went around a big corner and yesterday i was braking hard and I also went around a corner. I'm gonna call audi tomorrow and pick me up some coolant and an oil filter. Hopfully thats all it is.

 

since u live in albany, i was wondering if u wanted to meet up with a few guy of us. we're planning sumthing but we don't kno when or where. hopefully if it snows hard we could go have sum fun in a parking lot. there's a couple guys from binghamton, brackney and cortland.
