find out if his hp rating is at the wheels or the crank. if its at the wheels your f*cked. if its at the crank he'll probly still take you cuz of the weight difference but you wont be completely blown out the water. get intake and exhaust along with the supercharger and maybe it could happen...on a rainy day.

IF u get a supercharger, you might be close to his stock HP... maybe not..... he will beat u and that is it. sorry for the blunt comment, but lets face it a supercharged 2.8 is deff better than stock, but its not going to beat the majority of cars on the road these days. hell, a stock WRX(non STI) will take you.
