1. Cigarette lighter stuck. I pushed it in, and it stayed in. tried to pry it out, but dont want to scratch anything up. Any ideas?

2. Fog lamps/rear lamps/seat heaters work intermittently. I checked all fuses, none blown. Is there a relay or somethiing somewhere else I can look for?

Could cigarette lighter be related?

1. Try a new fuse. The lighters probably not getting any power and thats why it wont come out.

2. Not really sure on this one. I dont recall the circuits having anything in common but i could be wrong. Possibly something with the ignition switch. Now that i think about it all three of those probably get power thru the load reduction relay. Might want to check the wiring under the dash.

 

I did check the fuses, none are blown.

Is there another relay or something for the cig lighter? Is it hard to get to this or does the ashtray come out and give you access to the lighter housing?

They may look alright but its still posible that its blown. Just try replacing it with another fuse of the same current. There is no relay for the cig lighter. You may want to check an see if your even getting power at that fuse.
