cools intake temps below what a nice ic can do and rasies octane rating above 100 with 93. The cooler intake charge and higher octane lets you increse timing for more power.

*lol* It's 4 PSI man... what are you racing Paul Walker this week?

Best bet be MBC if set properly should be safe

or

Tweak teh Software.

I cannot understand going K04 when it cost like 1000 to 1500 might as well go BT but then at that point might as well buy an S4
my 2 cents

well thats good to know then. looks like i'll be picking up a ebc soon. any suggestions on a really good one?

and one more question, how much would it cost to dyno tune my car? or is there a cheaper way to bump up the timing a bit when i add the w/m system?

i used to have a n75-h sitting in my room but i gave it to my friend cuz his chipped k03 had spiking issues. but if it helped you hold more boost i'll throw it in there and see if it helps. if not, i'll jus return it to you. thanks

lol power is power, and i can use the ebc when i go BT anyways. and the k04 was already in the car when i got it. i wouldn't spend so much on one either.

or is there a cheaper way to bump up the timing a bit when i add the w/m system? You can run a 100octane program. The pre2000 cars are kind of limited unless you can find a timing controller like apexi use to make.

Not really worth it on anything but a bigger turbo and your wanting to max it out. Soon enough there should be someone that makes dual cam gears so pre2000 1.8t's can adjust timing mechanically.

yeah it will cost you 100/hr if you tune it your self. if you want someone else to dino tune it it's gonna cost more than that

With Chris Tapp its $160/hr CDN so thats about $1.25/hr US

But i would expect a sh!tload for a DINO tune
